Finding A Lender:
I highly recommend that you reach out to a few different lenders. Mortgage brokers, banks, etc. You need to feel confident with them, because your lender and their team can make the home buying process a breeze or a nightmare! Ask your friends and family if they know a lender that they would recommend. Your Realtor can also help you find one. It costs you nothing to make some calls and set up appointments with different lenders.
It's important for you to know that lenders work for you!
They’ll be happy to compete for your business. It’s a lenders job to make sure you understand your options. Be prepared to ask questions, this is your money we’re talking about! Some lenders are limited with what types of loans they can offer you. If they seem too busy for you or make you feel like it's an imposition to answer your questions, or don’t respond in a timely manner, be prepared to move on to the next one. You don’t want them on your team.
After speaking with you, I’ll better understand how I can help you.
Call me. It’s just a conversation. 615.426.2902
